Swieqi United F.C (SUFC) is looking for interested persons to join the club’s media team for season 2015/2016. The club is currently represented by five official squads and has over 200 people as part of its structure. We are primarily looking for journalists, graphic designers, photographers and videographers as explained below:

Journalists: The persons concerned will be responsible for working with the Team Managers on writing official match reports, helping to structure the club’s statements via its official Facebook page and Twitter page and also help to conduct interviews over the season.

Graphic Designers: This role entails helping the media team to design any artwork that must be done throughout the season. Such artwork would involve match posters, event posters, editing photos and helping maintain the club’s image at all times. Ideally such persons should have a good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop / Indesign / Illustrator.

Photographers: With five official squads, the persons in this role will be covering official matches that take place and taking photos of the action that ensues. We are also looking for photographers who would be able to take pictures at our official events. Ideally such persons have a liking for sports photography, however we are also willing to help people develop a liking in this field.

Videographers: The persons here would be responsible for recording club matches that take place throughout the season. We are also looking to carry out a number of short videos such as post match interviews and recordings from our official events.

The club is run on a voluntary basis therefore all roles will be on a voluntary basis.. Although the club is relatively new, it has already managed to gain a reputable reputation within the football community in Malta as well as on the outside. The club has a great working environment and is welcoming to all. The ideal persons must have a basic understanding of the English language and have an outgoing personality and ready to work as a team. Such persons will be supervised at all times and will have the full cooperation of the club committee to help them throughout such experience.
